Manuscript Preparation

  1. Format: Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format. Please ensure they are double-spaced and use a standard font size of 10 points.
  2. Length: Research articles should not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures. Review articles and case studies should not exceed 10,000 words.
  3. Title Page: The title page should include:
    • Title of the manuscript
    • Full names of all authors and their affiliations
    • Corresponding author’s contact details (email and mailing address)
  4. Abstract: Provide a concise abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the main findings and significance of the work.
  5. Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords that describe the main topics of the manuscript.
  6. Main Text: Organize the main text into sections:
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review or Research Works
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
  7. References: Use IEEE citation style for references. List all references at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order.
  8. Tables and Figures: All tables and figures should be placed within the text at the appropriate points, not at the end. Each table and figure must have a title and a legend explaining any abbreviations used.
  9. Supplementary Material: Any supplementary material should be submitted as separate files.
